My Script My Choice

My Script My Choice was implemented by PPSC, FPA (Florida Pharmacy Association) and FIPN (Florida Independent Pharmacy Network) to create a social media campaign to respond to health plans that mandate mail order or the use of pharmacies preferred by PBMs. The campaign was slightly modified to include the expansion of privatizing the Florida Medicaid Program, which could affect nearly 3 million Medicaid recipients' choice of their pharmacy. The website enables patients to submit electronic petitions to their Florida State Legislators voicing their concerns over losing the right to choose their own pharmacy and having their private information used to send them to another pharmacy without their approval.

Pharmacy Advocate

The PPSC Pharmacy Advocate is a monthly e-newsletter that informs our pharmacies about important Federal and State Legislative issues that are affecting the pharmacy industry today. The PPSC Advocate also features Regulatory (FDA) articles to keep our stores up to date on recalls and drug safety communications.

Advocacy Action Alerts

Advocacy Action Alerts are communicated as needed to our stores urging pharmacists and patients to take action on critical legislative issues facing the community pharmacy. These alerts include specific information on how to contact your state and national Legislators to help echo your concerns.
